Welcome to Nita Marian Dream Tours LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By making a booking, you enter into a legally binding contract with Nita Marian Dream Tours LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. A booking is considered "confirmed" only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and the issuance of a formal booking confirmation/invoice.
1.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate information (names as per passport, contact details, and dates). Any costs arising from incorrect information will be borne by the client.

2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Prices include 5% VAT as per UAE Federal Law, unless explicitly stated as excluded.
2.3. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of government-imposed tax changes or significant fuel surcharges.
2.4. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash at our registered office.

3. Travel Insurance
3.1. Nita Marian Dream Tours LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
3.2. We are not liable for any losses, medical expenses, or damages that would have been covered by a standard insurance policy.

4. Visas and Travel Documents
4.1. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the necessary visas for their destination.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Voluntary Cancellation: Refunds are based on the notice period provided:

35+ Days Prior: 100% refund (minus administrative fees).

15–34 Days Prior: 75% refund.

7–14 Days Prior: 50% refund.

Less than 48 Hours / No-Show: 0% refund.
5.2. Non-Refundable Items: Includes attraction tickets, flight tickets (subject to airline rules), and peak-season holiday packages.
5.3. Refund Method: All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7 to 21 business days.
6. Agency Liability and Force Majeure
6.1. We act as an intermediary between the client and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.
6.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

7. Health and Safety
7.1. Travelers must comply with all health regulations of the destination country, including vaccination requirements or PCR testing if applicable.
7.2. Some activities (e.g., Desert Safari, Scuba Diving) have inherent risks. By booking, the client acknowledges these risks and confirms they are medically fit to participate.

8. Complaints and Consumer Rights
8.1. Any issues during your trip must be reported to our 24/7 support line immediately to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation.
8.2. In accordance with UAE Law, if a service is defective or does not match the description provided, you are entitled to a remedy, replacement, or refund.
8.3. Formal complaints can be escalated to the Dubai DET Consumer Rights department.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE Courts.
