Fluent in Romanian, German, and English, Marian has always found joy in building bridges between cultures. His academic journey began with a degree in Economics, providing him with a strong business foundation. Later, his growing interest in sustainable development and infrastructure led him to earn a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, specializing in railway transportation—an experience that deepened his understanding of global movement and connectivity.

But it was Marian’s unwavering love for travel and working with people that ultimately guided him toward his true calling.

With his wife and business partner, Maria-Magdalena Nita, a distinguished British lawyer, Marian made the bold move to Dubai—a city known for its dynamism, diversity, and gateway to the world. Together, they co-founded Nita Marian Dream Tours LLC, with a mission to design bespoke travel experiences that are as meaningful as they are luxurious.

Maria-Magdalena brought her legal expertise and sharp business acumen to the table, playing a key role in structuring and growing the company. Her dedication to building a solid foundation allowed Marian to do what he does best: curate journeys that inspire, connect, and transform.
